Lindsay Wolf-Owczarek
Lindsay Wolf-Owczarek is a registered psychologist who specializes in the individual treatment of children, adolescents and adults. Lindsay has been in the mental health field for 18 years, and became registered as a psychologist in 2014. Lindsay has worked in public and catholic school systems (Alberta Health Services), the Learning and Development clinics (AHS) and private practice.
As humans we do best when we feel connected and understood. Lindsay focuses on creating safety and comfort to build a relationship that allows you to thrive. Lindsay primarily specializes in treating anxiety and related disorders including Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Social Phobia, Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Separation Anxiety Disorder (SAD), school refusal and school avoidance, Specific Phobia, Body-Focused behaviors (BFRBs), depression, and parent-child stressors.
Lindsay is extensively trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure Response Prevention therapy(ERP). Lindsay also utilizes third wave CBT interventions including, mindfulness and acceptance based therapies. Lindsay enjoys implementing empirically support treatments in a flexible, creative and compassionate manner to help individuals thrive. Lindsay enjoys ongoing professional development and learning about a variety of treatment modalities.
When not in the office Lindsay can be found cheering for her two children in their respective sports, mountain biking in the ravine, or exploring coffee shops in Edmonton.

Barbara Garside
Barbara Garside is a dedicated provisional registered psychologist, with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) earned in the spring of 2023. With a diverse background, Barbara's professional journey includes extensive experience working with individuals across all age groups, from children to adolescents and adults. Prior to her psychology career, Barbara accumulated over a decade of expertise as both a private-studio music teacher and an elementary music educator.
Operating within a person-centered framework, Barbara fosters a nurturing environment aimed at facilitating genuine self-expression and exploration. She firmly believes in empowering her clients as the foremost authorities on their own lives, collaborating closely with them to tailor therapy plans aligned with their unique objectives and preferred methods of intervention. Barbara specializes in addressing a range of challenges, including Attention-Deficit-Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), specific phobias, depression, trauma, parenting skills, and adjustment difficulties stemming from life transitions.
In her therapeutic practice, Barbara integrates an array of evidence-based methodologies. Barbara often draws from approaches based in: psychoeducation, skill learning, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), attachment-based interventions, solution-focused and strength-based therapies, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), expressive arts, and play therapy.
Outside of work, Barbara enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, trying new hobbies and learning as much as she can about the work she loves.

Rachel Dean
Rachel Dean is a Registered Provisional Psychologist who obtained a Masters of Education degree in the School and Applied Child Psychology at the University of Calgary in May, 2024. This program was primarily focused on assessment, Rachel sought out and successfully completed additional coursework in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy through the Beck Institute. Moreover, she has co-facilitated a number of social-emotional groups targeting anxiety and self-regulation strategies.
Over the past two and a half years, she has had the pleasure of working alongside youth and their families in both private practice and school settings. Throughout these experiences, she has gained a great appreciation for how important one’s well-being is on all aspects of life and is hoping to expand her professional knowledge to more effectively help others harness their strengths and live life to their fullest.
Outside of her work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her long-term partner and two energetic labradoodles.
