Due to increasing demand for OCD and anxiety services, we are expanding our team.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated clinician to join our practice. This role is ideal for a therapist who enjoys working with children, adolescents, and families, and is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.
Key Responsibilities

Provide evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and/or families in a private practice setting

Deliver treatment for OCD and anxiety using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)

Maintain timely and professional clinical documentation using Jane App (EMR system)

Collaborate with the clinical team to support consistency, quality of care, and positive outcomes for clients and families

Contribute to the development of programs and resources that support optimal outcomes for children, adolescents, and families
What We’re Looking For

Registered Psychologist or Registered Social Worker in good standing (Alberta)

Training and experience in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD (required)

Strong interest in working with children, adolescents, and families

Comfortable working independently while also engaging in a collaborative team environment

Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based practice
