With nearly a decade of experience in the mental health field, Carly Prive is passionate about helping individuals achieve positive change and emotional well-being. Known for her compassionate, client-centered approach, Carly provides a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment.

Carly specializes in working with children aged five and older, adolescents, and young adults. She supports clients in addressing various concerns, including anxiety-related disorders, Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), feeding and eating disorders, body image and self-esteem issues, as well as attachment and relationship challenges.

Her therapeutic approach is rooted in attachment theory and emphasizes the innate strengths and resilience of her clients. Carly uses evidence-based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to empower clients with practical strategies to overcome challenges, build confidence, and thrive.
Carly is currently accepting new clients and offers a warm, collaborative environment for individuals seeking support.

Outside of her professional life, Carly enjoys baking, getting lost in a good book, hiking in the mountains with her husband, and spending time with her two beloved cats.
