Rachel Dean, M.Ed., R. Psych (Provisional), specializes in child and adolescent psychology, combining expert assessment skills with evidence-based therapeutic approaches. As a Registered Provisional Psychologist and graduate of the University of Calgary's, School and Applied Child Psychology program (2024), Rachel offers comprehensive psychological services for youth and families.

With advanced certification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy from the renowned Beck Institute, Rachel brings specialized expertise to her practice. She has successfully developed and led multiple group therapy programs focusing on anxiety management and emotional regulation, helping young people build essential life skills.

Drawing from over two and a half years of diverse experience across private practice and school settings, Rachel understands the profound impact of mental health on academic success, family dynamics, and personal growth. She takes a strengths-based approach, working collaboratively with clients to enhance their resilience and unlock their full potential.

Rachel's warm and engaging therapeutic style creates a welcoming environment for both youth and their families. When not supporting her clients, she finds joy in quality time with her partner and two energetic labradoodles, bringing a balanced perspective to her practice.
